Approved hours become Odoo invoices

Från din arbetsdag till Odoo, utan att behöva skriva om något.

You connect with an API key from Odoo (Voorkeuren › Accountbeveiliging › Nieuwe API-sleutel). Also enter your account name from the web address: bedrijf in https://bedrijf.odoo.com. A second field asks for the database name (Instellingen › Database beheren, usually the same as the domain). Half5 then imports your customers and projects from Odoo. Half5 checks Odoo regularly for changes made there.

   Connect Odoo

   Paste your API key and your customers and projects come across.

   Approve the week

   A manager approves or rejects each person's submitted hours. Managers see registered hours only, never anyone's timeline.

   Invoice

   You create the invoice from an hours report. It appears in Odoo as a draft.

Det här löser integrationen med Odoo.

From an hours report you create draft invoices: one per customer, containing only billable hours that haven't been invoiced yet. If your organisation uses approval, only approved hours qualify. The draft appears in Odoo.

• Customers in sync

  Customers sync both ways with Odoo. A customer you add in Half5 appears there, and one from Odoo can be booked on in Half5.

• Projects

  Projects come from Odoo, and your team books hours on them in Half5.

• Hours booked in Odoo

  Approved hours can also be booked in Odoo itself. Only submitted and approved hours go there; nobody's timeline does.

• VAT

  Invoice lines use the VAT rates set up in your Odoo administration. Reverse-charge invoices are supported.

• Sending

  Send the invoice by email through Odoo or as a Peppol e-invoice, or mark it as sent yourself.

• Changes reach the draft

  As long as the invoice is still a draft in Odoo, changes you make in Half5 are passed on to it.

• Hours are never billed twice

  Hours on an invoice are locked to it. Delete a draft and you choose whether its hours become billable again.
