How an integration with QuickBooks comes together.

This integration is coming. It will create customers and invoices from approved hours. Tell us you use it, so we know who to invite first.

Request the integration

Email us that you use QuickBooks and what should move across from Half5. Requests decide which integration we build next.

Until then: export

Export approved hours from the hours report as Excel or PDF and import them into QuickBooks.

Only approved hours

With an integration too, only submitted and approved hours go to QuickBooks. Nobody's timeline goes along.

Your timeline goes nowhere. It sits end-to-end encrypted on your own devices. Your employer, your manager and Half5 can't open it, and no integration receives it. Only customer data and invoices with submitted hours go to QuickBooks.
