Customers sync with Fakturownia. Approved hours reach it as an invoice when you send it.

How it works

From your workday to Fakturownia, without retyping.

You connect with an API key from Fakturownia (Ustawienia › Ustawienia konta › Integracja › Kod autoryzacyjny API). Also enter your account name from the web address: firma in https://firma.fakturownia.pl. Half5 then imports your customers from Fakturownia. Half5 checks Fakturownia regularly for changes made there.

Approve the week

A manager approves or rejects each person's submitted hours. Managers see registered hours only, never anyone's timeline.

Invoice

You send the invoice yourself. At that moment it is created in Fakturownia.

What moves across

What the Fakturownia integration takes care of.

From an hours report you prepare an invoice: one per customer, containing only billable hours that haven't been invoiced yet. If your organisation uses approval, only approved hours qualify. Fakturownia receives the invoice when you send it from Half5; until then you can still change or delete it in Half5 without touching Fakturownia.

Customers in sync
Customers sync both ways with Fakturownia. A customer you add in Half5 appears there, and one from Fakturownia can be booked on in Half5.
VAT
Invoice lines carry a VAT rate that Fakturownia accepts. Reverse-charge invoices are supported.
Sending
Mark the invoice as sent yourself; Fakturownia keeps it with your bookkeeping.
Hours are never billed twice
Hours on an invoice are locked to it. Delete a draft and you choose whether its hours become billable again.
