Approved hours become Informer invoices

Customers sync with Informer. Approved hours go there as a draft invoice per customer.

How it works

From your workday to Informer, without retyping.

You connect with an API key from Informer (Instellingen › API). A second field asks for the security code (Instellingen › Account). Half5 then imports your customers from Informer. Half5 checks Informer regularly for changes made there.

Approve the week

A manager approves or rejects each person's submitted hours. Managers see registered hours only, never anyone's timeline.

Invoice

You create the invoice from an hours report. It appears in Informer as a draft.

What moves across

What the Informer integration takes care of.

From an hours report you create draft invoices: one per customer, containing only billable hours that haven't been invoiced yet. If your organisation uses approval, only approved hours qualify. The draft appears in Informer.

Customers in sync
Customers sync both ways with Informer. A customer you add in Half5 appears there, and one from Informer can be booked on in Half5.
VAT
Invoice lines carry a VAT rate that Informer accepts. Reverse-charge invoices are supported.
Sending
Send the invoice by email through Informer or as a Peppol e-invoice, or mark it as sent yourself.
Changes reach the draft
As long as the invoice is still a draft in Informer, changes you make in Half5 are passed on to it.
Hours are never billed twice
Hours on an invoice are locked to it. Delete a draft and you choose whether its hours become billable again.
