Admins manage the whole organization. Department managers review and approve their team's entries. Employees only see their own hours.
- Workdays and hours
If someone works four days, they're not compared to a five-day week. You see overtime, so you can tell them: head home.
- Rates
A rate per employee, so every hour is valued correctly right away.
You see what someone logs, not what they did.
Only the employee can open their personal timeline, even if you're an admin. It's encrypted with a key that only exists on their own devices; no setting can change that.
