From your workday to WeFact—no retyping.

You connect using the security code from your WeFact environment. In WeFact, add the Half5 IP address to the access list; the setup screen shows the address and steps.

   Paste the WeFact security code into Half5 and add the Half5 IP address in WeFact.

   Approve week

   A manager approves or rejects each person's submitted hours. Managers only see registered hours, never anyone's timeline.

   Draft in WeFact

   The draft invoice is in WeFact. You review and send it.

What the WeFact integration handles.

Create draft invoices from an hours report: one per client, with only billable hours that haven’t been invoiced yet. If your organization uses approval, only approved hours count.

• Clients in sync

  Debtors from WeFact become customers in Half5, and new customers from Half5 become debtors in WeFact.

• Draft invoices

  Choose one line per time entry or a single combined line, and select which details—description, activity, project, employee—are shown.

• Send

  Send the invoice by email through WeFact or mark it as sent yourself.

• Hours are never billed twice

  Hours on an invoice are tied to it. If you delete a draft, you choose whether those hours become billable again.
