A suggestion, not a judgment.
Half5 recognizes which client and project you were working on and prepares a suggestion. Take it, edit it, or dismiss it. It only counts as an hour when you confirm.
A reminder, not a monitoring system.
The key for your timeline is only on your own devices. The server stores it encrypted and can't read it, so neither can any admin or manager.
- Only you see your timeline
Programs, websites, files, and AI sessions are encrypted on your device. Meetings from your own calendar connection are only visible to you. Your employer, your manager, and Half5 can't access your timeline.

An hour with client, project, and description, your leave and your drives. Not the day behind it.
- A suggestion stays yours
A suggestion only becomes a record when you save it. What you don't save, no one else can see.
Leave out what doesn't belong.
Your banking app, your personal email, a website that's not work-related: add it to your exceptions list and it won't show up in your timeline. You also choose when old activity is automatically deleted: after a month, a quarter, a year, or never.
