This integration is on the way. It will create customers and invoices from approved hours. Let us know you use it, so we know who to invite first.

Request integration

Email us if you use Xero and what you want sent from Half5. Requests help decide which integration we build next.

Until then: export

Export approved hours from the hours report as Excel or PDF and import them into Xero.

Approved hours only

Even with an integration, only submitted and approved hours go to Xero. Personal timelines never transfer.

Your timeline doesn't go anywhere. It's end-to-end encrypted on your own devices. Your employer, your manager, and Half5 can't open it, and no integration gets access. Only customer data and invoices with submitted hours are sent to Xero.
