Customers sync with Axonaut. Approved hours reach it as an invoice when you send it.

How it works

From your workday to Axonaut—no retyping.

You connect with an API key from Axonaut (Paramètres › API › onglet API v2 (Afficher votre clé API)). Half5 then imports your customers and projects from Axonaut. Half5 checks Axonaut regularly for changes made there.

Approve the week

A manager approves or rejects each person's submitted hours. Managers see registered hours only, never anyone's timeline.

Invoice

You send the invoice yourself. At that moment it is created in Axonaut.

What carries over

What the Axonaut integration handles.

From an hours report you prepare an invoice: one per customer, containing only billable hours that haven't been invoiced yet. If your organisation uses approval, only approved hours qualify. Axonaut receives the invoice when you send it from Half5; until then you can still change or delete it in Half5 without touching Axonaut.

Customers in sync
Customers sync both ways with Axonaut. A customer you add in Half5 appears there, and one from Axonaut can be booked on in Half5.
Projects
Projects sync both ways with Axonaut, so your team books hours on the same projects you use there.
VAT
Invoice lines carry a VAT rate that Axonaut accepts. Reverse-charge invoices are supported.
Sending
Mark the invoice as sent yourself; Axonaut keeps it with your bookkeeping.
Hours are never billed twice
Hours on an invoice are locked to it. Delete a draft and you choose whether its hours become billable again.

Your timeline doesn't go anywhere. It's end-to-end encrypted on your own devices. Your employer, your manager, and Half5 can't open it, and no integration gets access. Only customer data and invoices with submitted hours are sent to Axonaut.
