You connect with an API key from Fatture in Cloud (Impostazioni › Applicazioni collegate › token manuale). Half5 then imports your customers from Fatture in Cloud. Half5 checks Fatture in Cloud regularly for changes made there.

You create the invoice from an hours report. It appears in Fatture in Cloud as a draft.

What carries over

What the Fatture in Cloud integration handles.

From an hours report you create draft invoices: one per customer, containing only billable hours that haven't been invoiced yet. If your organisation uses approval, only approved hours qualify. The draft appears in Fatture in Cloud.

Customers in sync
Customers sync both ways with Fatture in Cloud. A customer you add in Half5 appears there, and one from Fatture in Cloud can be booked on in Half5.
VAT
Invoice lines carry a VAT rate that Fatture in Cloud accepts. Reverse-charge invoices are supported.
Sending
Mark the invoice as sent yourself; Fatture in Cloud keeps it with your bookkeeping.
Changes reach the draft
As long as the invoice is still a draft in Fatture in Cloud, changes you make in Half5 are passed on to it.
Hours are never billed twice
Hours on an invoice are locked to it. Delete a draft and you choose whether its hours become billable again.
